Grass

After serving in the regenerate team I was given a lift home by my friend. I saw a lady and man cutting the grass in the grounds of the church which I went to years ago. I asked the lady how she was and told her she was doing a good job. While thinking how kind it was of my friend to go out of his way to give me a lift home it seemed only right of me to offer my help to this lady.
“Do you need a hand cutting the grass” I said.
“Certainly” the woman replied.
It took us about 15 minutes to finish the job and as we cleared the equipment away it started to rain.
“It was a good job you could help us, or we might not have had it finished in time” the lady said.
I spoke to the man for about 5 minutes before I left. The man told me that he was struggling to sell his mothers house as one of his neighbours was being very awkward. I reminded him to keep faith and carry on praying about the problem. I’m sure I wasn’t the first person to tell them him that but I knew there was no harm in reminding him.
